CONDUIT TUBES

Conduit tubes are used for the passage of cables in the construction of explosion-proof (AD-PE) electrical systems.

The tubes are produced according to the UNI 7683 standard, in unalloyed carbon steel, longitudinally welded, hot dip galvanized and with UNI 6125 tapered gas threading at the ends. Each pipe is equipped with a UNI 7684 threaded socket.

Standard lenght: L=6000 mm    toll. 0/+50 mm

Quality controls: Tensile test; Bending test; Hydraulic test or an electromagnetic test NDT according to EN 10893

End finishing: Tapered gas thread UNI 6125; on request American NPT thread;UNI 7684 galvanized socket on one end; Opposite end protected with plastic cap

Surface finishing: Hot dip galvanized according to EN 10240

Identification: Longitudinal ink marking on each tube according to the standard

Documents: Certificate of conformity  2.2 as per EN 10204 norm; Other types on request
